The model
Steering runs on Neuronpedia's public API with Gemma 2 9B IT and Gemma Scope features. It's off chain and it isn't the Hoot model. Their rate limits apply, so live steers are capped and presets are cached.
The votes
Signed messages, counted by our server. Every vote is published at /api/votes so you can recount any round yourself.
The account
Three drafts per post. A filter throws out slurs, money talk, tickers, links and impersonation. One draft goes out as is.
